worth reading. It can also help you if your business is expanding, and you want or need to work with one or more partners. The book is helpful and filled with clear information about forming an LLC. It covers things like understanding the differences between a partnership, corporation, and an LLC. It discusses why you might choose an LLC and shows you what to do to get started. It has sample forms to help you with paperwork and defines legal terms just when you need them. The author suggests books for further reading on issues outside the scope of the book, on forming a corporation for example. I feel more confident about creating my own limited liability company now and am glad I had this book to help me avoid some pitfalls. It’s definitely worth the purchase price.
